As a general rule, Pfizer Canada will not support:
Individuals
Organizations that practice discrimination based on race, creed, gender, age, sexual preference, national origin or other
Retroactive support for past events or initiatives
Submission Process Step 1 – Preparing your submission Submitting a complete request, with all the necessary information, will help optimize the review time and avoid any processing delays. Therefore, please make sure your request includes the following:
Description of the project
Target audience
Rationale with clear objectives, expected outcomes and success indicators
Detailed budget breakdown
If the request is for an event, include a draft or final agenda
Date of initiative (a specific date if the support is for an event, otherwise indicate the timespan of the initiative)

Step 2 – Completing and submitting your request for funding
Note: If your request is to support an event, make sure to submit early and account for processing time since Pfizer cannot provide retroactive support for any type of request.
* Please note that you can save your request at any time during the process and return later.
Step 3 – Internal review of your proposal
Please allow 2-3 weeks for comprehensive review of your proposal. A Pfizer team member may be in touch with you to obtain additional documentation to complete the approval process.
Step 4 – Funding decision
Given the high number of proposals we receive, we are unable to fund every request. Regardless of the decision, you will be notified in writing.
If your proposal is accepted, you will be notified by email. Email will include approximate date of payment along with funding confirmation letter.
If your proposal is denied, you will receive a notification in writing with reason for denial.
