Pfizer Canada's manufacturing facility in Brandon, Manitoba, which employs close to 150 employees, is responsible for the collection of PMU, estrogen extraction process, quality control and distribution of conjugated estrogens to satisfy the demands for Canada, the US and all over the world - Europe, the Middle-East, the Orient and South America.

More Premarin is exported from Canada than any other single pharmaceutical product.
A network of 26 equine ranchers across Manitoba and Saskatchewan are responsible for providing the raw material needed to produce Premarin in Canada.
